Art Talk by Martivon Galindo

Galindo, “Imaginary Landscapes: Monoprints and Acrylics”

Thursday, February 17, 6-7 p.m. In the Glass Lounge. The art is up now — come see it!

Dr. Martivon Galindo, professor of Latin American and Latino/a Studies, will hold an art talk in the Cushing Library to accompany her exhibit, “Imaginary Landscapes.” Refreshments will  be served.

About the artist: Dr. Galindo is a Salvadorean activist, visual artist, and writer. Her haunting, luminous watercolors, acrylics, and other art have been featured at numerous galleries in the Bay Area. Now you can experience them in the Library’s Artbrary all spring long!
